Officially known as the State of Israel, the country is located in Western Asia near the southeastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. There are several land-bordering neighbours of Israel, namely Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt. There are also the Palestinian terrotories of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The official language of Israel is Hebrew, and the capital as well as the largest city in the nation is Jerusalem. The region is characterized by its very high density due to small land coverage of 20,770 square kilometers. More about Israel Turkmenistan is also widely known as Turkmenia and is situated in Central Asia. It shares the borders with four countries, which are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Iran, as well as the Caspian Sea. Citizens use Turkmen as their national language; however, they also speak Russian when it comes to interethnic communication.
