Sri Lanka, officially known as the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, is located in South Asia. Interestingly, its previous name is Ceylon on account of being a British crown colony.  It’s an island in the Indian Ocean, specifically between the Bay of Bengal and the Arabian Sea. Buddhism is an official religion with its believers of over 70% of the entire Sri Lanka population. More about Sri Lanka Turkmenistan is also widely known as Turkmenia and is situated in Central Asia. It shares the borders with four countries, which are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Iran, as well as the Caspian Sea. Citizens use Turkmen as their national language; however, they also speak Russian when it comes to interethnic communication.
