Turkmenistan is also widely known as Turkmenia and is situated in Central Asia. It shares the borders with four countries, which are Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and Iran, as well as the Caspian Sea. Citizens use Turkmen as their national language; however, they also speak Russian when it comes to interethnic communication.
