Introduction

The Lebanese Republic is a very small nation located in the Levant region of Western Asia. Interestingly, it is the smallest recognized sovereign state situated on the Asian continent with the total land coverage of 10,452 square kilometers. 

Although this is one of the smallest nations worldwide, we should remember about its considerate population, which in 2020 was estimated to be at around 7 million. As a result, their density is very high, at the level of 565 people per square kilometer. In terms of economy, their total GDP is $91 billion, which translates into $11,562 on average for each citizen every year.
