Introduction
Poland is a country located in Central Europe. Its official name is the Republic of Poland. With the land coverage of 312,600, it is one of the most important economic and research centers in Central Europe. It is the fifth most populous member state of the European Union and 8th the most populous nation in Europe. There are 7 neighbouring nations such as Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Belarus, Lithuania, and, thanks to the Kaliningrad Oblast, Russian Federation.
Economy
With PPP factor taken into account, Poland's GDP is fifth in Europe and it is around $1.3 trillion. As a result of that, they account for 6% of Europe's entire GDP. They are placed behind Spain and before the Netherlands in the ranking.
