The Kingdom of Cambodia is also known as Cambodia or Kampuchea. The kingdom is situated in the Indochina Peninsula, in Southeast Asia. Its land area covers approximately 181,000 square kilometers and it is bordered by Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, and the Gulf of Thailand.  More about Cambodia Officially known as the Portugese Republic, the nation is located on the Iberian Peninsula in soutwestern part of Europe. As a result of its position, it is considered the westernmost sovereign state in Mainland Europe. The only sharing border they have (besides the enormous coastline with the Atlantic Ocean) is with Spain. The capital and largest city in Portugal is Lisbon.
