Officially known as the State of Israel, the country is located in Western Asia near the southeastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. There are several land-bordering neighbours of Israel, namely Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and Egypt. There are also the Palestinian terrotories of the West Bank and the Gaza Strip. The official language of Israel is Hebrew, and the capital as well as the largest city in the nation is Jerusalem. The region is characterized by its very high density due to small land coverage of 20,770 square kilometers. More about Israel Tonga, also known as the Kingdom of Tonga, is a Polynesian country and archipelago which consists of 169 islands. Only 36 of them are inhabited. The total size of this unique archipelago comes to about 750 square kilometres. Its entire population equals 100,651 people.
