The island nation on the Indian Ocean - this is the location of the Republic of Mauritius. Port Louis is its capital and at the same time the largest city. There are several additional islands that are part of the republic. However, most of 1.265 million citizens inhabit the main land where the capital is located.  More about Mauritius The nation of the Philippines is located in the western Pacific Ocean and it is considered an archipelagic country. There are more than 7,600 islands owned by the republic. However, in most cases they are divided into three main geographical divisions, namely Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The land coverage of 300,000 square kilometers is relatively low, especially if we take into account its large population. A gigantic number of recognized regional languages (up to 19) makes this place very diverse and, as a result, with two official languages - English and Filippino. More about Philippines
