The United Mexican States, which is the official name of Mexico, is located in the southern portion of North America. The nation is bordered by the United States from the top, and Guatemala with Belize from the bottom. It is important to notice that it is located between the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea, as well as the Gulf of Mexico. It consists of 31 states and Mexico City, the capital and largest metropolis.

The nation of the Philippines is located in the western Pacific Ocean and it is considered an archipelagic country. There are more than 7,600 islands owned by the republic. However, in most cases they are divided into three main geographical divisions, namely Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. The land coverage of 300,000 square kilometers is relatively low, especially if we take into account its large population. A gigantic number of recognized regional languages (up to 19) makes this place very diverse and, as a result, with two official languages - English and Filippino.
