Senegal is an African country located in the so-called Sub-Saharan region. More precisely, it is located in West Africa with such bordering nations as Mauritania, Mali, Guinea, and Guinea-Bissau. However, they also share borders with The Gambia, which is so small Senegal nearly surrounds them. The capital and the most important city in Senegal is Dakar. Noteworthy is the fact that the official language is French - the remnants of French colonizations. More about Senegal Yemen is located in Western Asia. The country is also known as the Republic of Yemen with a temporary capital in Sana’a. This is also the largest city. The second capital, Aden, is in exile. Arabic is the only national language spoken within the territory of Yemen.
