The Oriental Republic of Uruguay is a country in the southeastern area of South America. The land area of 176,000 square kilometers makes it the second-smallest nation in South America. As a result of that, it does not have many bordering nations. The only two are Argentina and Brazil. Interestingly, Montevideo is the largest city and the capital of the nation. It is so large that almost half of the population live in its metropolitan area. More about Uruguay Zambia is also named the Republic of Zambia and is located at the crossroads of East, Southern and Central Africa. The country has eight neighboring countries which are, consecutively, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Malawi, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Angola.
