Introduction

Informally known as Bosnia, it is a Balkan nation with the capital and the largest city of Sarajevo. The nation is located in South and Southeast Europe and it is bordered by Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia. 

The total land area of Bosnia and Herzegovina is 51,000 square kilometers. In terms of population, it was around 3.3 million people in 2019. As a result, they recorded a minor, yet visible drop in the population number within the last several years. The GDP (PPP) is $52 billion, which gives them the GDP per capita at around $15,000.
